Marketplace role
MahaEstate.in provides a technology platform for discovering property listings and connecting users with property partners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MahaEstate is not the owner, seller, landlord, broker or legal representative of a listed property.
Accounts
Partners must provide accurate information and keep their username and password secure. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, misleading information or policy violations.
Property information
Partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability and ownership-related claims of their listings.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry authorizes the relevant partner to contact you regarding that property or enquiry.
Limitation
Users should independently verify title, approvals, ownership, pricing, availability and other material facts before entering into any transaction.
