Refunds and Cancellations
This policy explains the general approach to cancellations and refunds for paid digital services, partner plans and marketplace services offered by MahaEstate.
Partner subscriptions
Subscription requests may be subject to approval and activation. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the applicable plan terms, payment-provider rules and legal requirements.
Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, contact support with the transaction reference and relevant account details.
Property transactions
MahaEstate does not collect or settle the purchase or rental consideration for property transactions unless a separate service expressly states otherwise. Any property transaction cancellation is governed by the agreement between the relevant parties.
Important: Final commercial refund terms should be aligned with your payment setup and reviewed legally.
