Partner Terms
These terms apply to agencies, brokers, agents, builders and other property partners using MahaEstate.in.
Listing responsibility
Partners must publish accurate, lawful and current information and must remove or update listings that are no longer available.
Prohibited content
Partners must not publish fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or duplicate listings, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
Lead handling
Partners are responsible for handling enquiries professionally and for complying with applicable privacy and communication laws.
Account actions
MahaEstate may review, reject, suspend or remove listings/accounts that violate platform rules.
