Questions advertisers ask
When does my ad go live?
After payment your ad goes to our verification team. Most ads are reviewed within 24 hours. Your campaign period starts on the day it is approved.
What happens if my ad is rejected?
We tell you the reason by email. You get a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
How are slots ordered?
The slider rotates every few seconds in slot order. Slot 1 always appears first, which is why prime slots cost a little more.
Can I see how my ad performs?
Yes. Your tracking page shows impressions, clicks and click-through rate while your ad is live.
Can I change my banner later?
Monthly and yearly plans include creative changes. Contact support with your booking reference and the new banner. It is checked again before it goes live.
Is GST invoice available?
Contact support with your booking reference and GST details after payment and our team will help.
